2021 National- Banquet

Please complete and submit the following Banquet Reservation Form prior to paying for your Buffet.

The annual banquet will be held on Thursday, April 15^th.

The banquet will be held after the award ceremony is completed.

The most current social distancing rules and guidelines will be adhered to.  Banquet tables will be limited to eight (8) individuals at a single table, and should be within your small group.    Those wishing to attend the awards ceremony and take a banquet dinner to go box will be provided options to do so.

Little Italy Buffet (will be served):

Italian Wedding Soup, Roma Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and Basil with a Balsamic Drizzle, Chicken Bruschetta, Tuscan Sausage with Peppers and Onions tossed in a Robust Bolognese, Fettuccini Alfredo, Sicilian Vegetable Blend, Tiramisu, Assorted Artisan Rolls with Olive Oil, Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee and Iced Tea.

Note: Kids eat free. Please contact Michele Johnson directly to register your child for the banquet.
