I agree to the following: I hereby apply to the ECSCA Trophy & Awards Committee for the Versatile English Cocker Spaniel Recognition Award for the above dog which has attained a minimum of 4 titles as follows: One championship title in any area as defined below; One title as the highest level required (below championship) as noted below: One Field, Hunt Test or ECSCA Working title: One title in an additional area of performance: All titles and ownership will be confirmed from the ECSCA Database and/or the AKC website. We may request a copy of the appropriate AKC tile certificate if necessary to complete this process.
